Доброго дня, підкажіть будь ласка, якщо ФОП на єдиному податку 2 група, знявся у реєстратора 11 березня 2015р.. У виписки із ЄДР яка замовлялася потім на сайті МІНЮСТА, вказані дата та номер зняття з обліку у ДПІ. Але податкова інспекція нараховувала єдиний податок, та ЕСВ до теперішнього часу, керуючись тим що не була подана заява про застосування спрощеної системи оподаткування. Чи зобов’язана ДПІ самостійно припинити нарахування єдиний податок та ЄСВ з моменту отримання від держ. реєстратора повідомлення про припинення діяльності чи це є її правом, і вона не може припинити нарахування без моїй заяви.
